Taking a holistic approach to help people, teams, and organizations flourish

Our founder, Robert Louis-Charles (also known as Big), started Big 2Go as a solution to create opportunities for diverse talent to flourish in an increasingly complex world.

From serving as a professor to designing training programs and empowering underrepresented groups, Big's passion lies in leading organizational change and facilitating the transformation of individuals and teams.

After years of advocating for the well-being of underrepresented populations in the workforce, Robert spearheads this work as an Executive and Co-Founder of several wellness-based businesses including Big 2Go and Thiyah.

Well-being is a human need, and it must be nurtured.
